Tomato Braised Greek Lentils
Enjoy your Arosis organic greek lentils with a very simple traditional recipe.
Boil the lentils for ten minutes. Strain them and let them rest, while you simmer freshly cut tomatoes and onion with Lantzanakis Estate Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil. Add the lentils and quickly simmer the mix. Add a cup of water. Season with Greek Oregano, Kalas Sea Salt, and bay leaves. Let it boil for an hour under medium heat. Serve hot or cold. Add a splash of 5-year aged Santorini wine vinegar for extra flavor!
